A big thank you to all the wonderful IHA artists who entered this year’s annual Exhibition as well as taking part in our special “Painting Selma’s Garden” event in partnership with the T.C. Steele State Historic Site. The Indiana State Museum was so pleased that it has asked IHA to schedule the event again next year, so mark your calendar for the Saturday after the public opening of the 2023 IHA Exhibition.
We also want to thank the wonderful sponsors and donors who join Indiana Heritage Arts in supporting Indiana’s top artists. If you missed the show, the 3D tour of the exhibit is still on the IHA website.
Our next event features the return of the “West Baden Paint Out.” It is scheduled for August 12-13, 2022. Artists may paint both days and work will be offered for sale on Saturday. There is no commission so be prepared to sell your own paintings. Please register by calling the Brown County Art Gallery at 812-988-4609. There is no registration fee. Join us for this fun event at one of Indiana’s most spectacular subjects!
Our Rapp Room at the Brown County Art Gallery is filled with new works for the summer, and we will soon be announcing another IHA special event for the fall something that will delight artists and art lovers.
